I would like to seeks all of your concern if you planned buy your online deal via this Hulala Malaysia – Now Everyone Can Afford , it happened was just happened to me, and the issues was still goes on, i had purchased a spy w
atch at this hulala website as requested by my gf on 2/8/2012 and it takes 21days delivery period but unfortunaly till to-date 21/9/2012 i still yet to received my purchased, while the deal already expired on 15/9/2012 and it was already so much longer exceeded the delivery period of 21days despite of the deal off on 9/8/2012 .
On the 7/8/2012
I wrote in my first email to the merchant to request on the item, but the merchant informed me to fill up the delivery form, while in the deal it shown http://www.hulala.com.my/deal/spy-watch-ask
“NO NEED TO SEND REDEMPTION FORM;BUY AND EXPECT TO RECEIVE”.
Therefore i sent in my first email to support@hulala.com.my on 7/8/2012 waited a few days, but no respond from them.
On the 9/8/2012
I resend my email to the sales@hulala.com.my & enquiry@hulala.com.my and this time i received a reply from sales@hulala.com.my asked me to send my email to support@hulala.com.my !!!!
Nevermind, as that time i just would like to confirm my purchased item color so i let it be.
On the 11/9/2012,
4days before the coupon expired and i yet to received the purchased again i tried to call the merchant @ Tel: 03 8023 9454/Mobile: 0193194554 but phone shown the service is not in use, then i called to Hulala helpline no 03 – 7982 8399, but it was always in engaged tone, even if the phone gone through there were no one even pick up the call,
Therefore the only thing i can do is i wrote in again to support@hulala.com.my, to enquiry for the purchased and i have stated if i did not received the item within another week, i would ask for refund.
And this is what the reply from Hulala:-

After so long there is still no follow up or refund received and when i called again at Hulala at their service no again,there is actually someone picked up the phone without answering it, and i can even heard someone was actually chatting over the phone after that again the phone was engaged and never can call through. Anyhow i did posted to their Facebook wall, but no one actually acknowledge on it and even bother to reply my email while we still can see their facebook page was actually posted and sharing something.
For those who actually considering to purchase their coupon, here again, i would like to have your concern to reconsider again and pls help to share out this post to let more people know how “good” Is Hulala deal after sales services.
