Deal Term

• Non-exchangeable and non-refundable
• Minimum of 2 pax (2 vouchers) required to travel
• Voucher is valid until 15th July 2011
• Strictly based on twin sharing basis
• Children 2 years old to 12 years old is chargeable at $62 per pax with bed and $43 per pax without bed
• Infant 2 years old and below is chargeable at S$19 per pax
• Rooms are subjected to availability
• Ferry Departs: 7.30am, Harbor Front Terminal, Check out timing the next day: 12 Noon.
• Travel period to be completed by 20th December 2011
• Booking/confirmation must be made by 15th July 2011
• Expired vouchers after 15th July 2011 are strictly not extendable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
• 1/2 Day Tour will be on the first day, 2nd day will be free and easy
• Package pricing excludes:
  - Passenger departure fee and Fuel surcharge (S$20/pax payable to travel agent upon booking)
  - Batam Terminal Fee S$7 / Pax (Collected by local guide upon greet & meet service)
  - Tip for coach/tour guide S$2/pax
