- Valid for Riani Wing Superior rooms (Bed Type: Two Super Single Beds) & Riani Deluxe rooms (Bed Type: One King or Two Super Single Beds). Subject to availability at the time of the booking
- Package excludes the following per person:
- Passenger’s departure fee (PDF) of S$6 per person
- Fuel surcharge of S$14 per person
- Batam terminal fee of S$4 per person payable upon departure from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal - All surcharges payable to Batam Fast ferry operator upon collection of boarding pass
- Children between 4 and 11 years old are chargeable at S$30++ per person for Riani & Tirta Wing. Ferry tickets not included
- Extra Adults are chargeable at S$50++ per person for Riani & Tirta Wing

- Be at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal an hour before departure time
- Collect your boarding pass & ferry ticket at “Batam Fast” counter
- Coupons will be forwarded to the Resort within 3 days, and accommodation and ferry booking will be replied within 72 hours after receipt of the coupon by Nongsa Resorts
- Ferry booking confirmation may take up to 4 working days after the acknowledgment of the coupon by the Resort
- All International Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from date of departure
