• Package pricing excludes:
  • Passenger departure fee and Fuel surcharge (S$20/pax payable at Harbourfront when collecting ferry passes)
  • Batam Terminal Fee (S$7/pax payable upon departure from Batam)
  • Tip for coach/tour guide S$2/pax
• Ferry will depart from Harbourfront at 09:20hrs
• Return ferry timing is at 19:00hrs
