HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

DealsNavigator adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world. 

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

WHAT KIND OF GARMENTS DO YOU PRINT ON?

Our regular shirts are District shirts, 100% cotton, pre shrunk, soft and super comfy shirts. Our hoodies are Port & Company's 50% Cotton and 50% Polyester.

Our All Over Shirts are made from high-quality spun polyester that delivers the look and feel of organic cotton without ever cracking, peeling or flaking. They are wrinkle free and dry extremely quickly - they're awesome!

HOW DO YOU PRINT ON MY SHIRT?

For the regular shirts we use DTG (Direct to Garment Printing), which is a method where our epic printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a very special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design while using the power of love. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. Our All Over Shirts are printed using dye-sublimation, an advanced technology that allows for us to produce these insanely epic all over designs. Trust us, we know how to print on shirts.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check your order status by providing your order number to our support team at support@dealsnavigator.com. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We are currently shipping world-wide, so if you have an address that accepts mail from your local post, you can order and subsequently use our AWESOME shirts and other merchandise!

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING AND PRINTING TAKE?

It usually takes 2-3 business days for regular t-shirts and 6-9 days for all over print t-shirts.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE T-SHIRTS AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We ship domestically via UPS, that means you'll get your EPIC shirts in 1-2 weeks days after they've shipped depending on your state. Internationally we use a service called Asendia USA and the average transit time is 3-5 weeks depending on the country.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE FOR OTHER MERCHANDISE?

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the item purchased. We deliver to the United States and U.S territories. Other locations will be delivered with International shipping rates and the delivery times will obviously be longer. For United States and U.S territories please allow 15-20 working days for delivery. For international deliveries, please allow 15-25 working days. If you do not receive your item within the specified time period, please contact our support team at support@dealsnavigator.com.

I'VE ONLY RECEIVED A PART OF MY ORDER! WHERE ARE THE REST?

Since we ship our items from multiple warehouses you might receive some of the items separately. So if you've only received a part of the order there's no reason to worry, the rest of the items are on their way.

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, contact us within 24 hours after you have made the purchase at support@dealsnavigator.com, we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order. Since every shirt is custom made for our customers, if your order has already entered the processing process, we won't be able to change the size or variant. The same goes for changing the shipping address if the product was already shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In the event you are unhappy with your order, please contact our customer service department FIRST! Do NOT return any products to the manufacturer, or to us without first contacting our customer service help desk!

All our merchandise is ‘made-to-order’ and as soon as it is sent to our production team after you order, no changes can be made at all. We do NOT hold stock so we are unable to make ANY exchanges. If there is a mistake and it’s our fault, we will happily accept returns and send a replacement at our own cost.

All full all-over photographic style print garments CANNOT be returned or even EXCHANGED, unless there was a screw up on our part, because each item is ‘made-to-order’ and we don’t restock or reship these items. We DON’T have a warehouse. ALL items are custom ’made-to-order’ when you buy from us!

On receiving your order, all orders are immediately sent to our print-on-demand production house, it is therefore extremely unlikely that any changes to your order, or delivery details can be changed. We can try, but there is no guarantee.
